The maintenance engineers are co-ordinated through a team of administrators based within our head office. Each member of the team is allocated a selection of accounts to manage, the administrator is responsible for dispatching an appropriate engineer to any call outs and also providing their customers with any reports or information they require, whilst ensuring that the service level agreements between ARH and the client are being achieved.
We consider training to be an important feature of our Company; this ensures that all of our engineers are trained to the latest regulations within their discipline, as well as regular Health and Safety workshops. All designed to give the customer the best possible service available with an increased percentage of one visit fixes achieved. For peace of mind and because of the nature of some of the areas we work, all of our engineers are CRB checked.
Our fleet of modern vans, stocked with a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical items, are all equipped with satellite trackers. This ensures we are able to get the right engineer to you within the shortest amount of time, allowing your business to continue to trade with minimum disruption.
