ARH is actively managed within a continuous improvement environment. In an ever-changing, fast moving marketplace it is imperative to be adaptable. ARH understand the importance of moving forward but are equally mindful of controlling these changes as part of its business process.
In order to best service customers ARH strive to keep abreast of new regulations and technological developments, whilst remaining focussed on ensuring staff understand and adhere to the procedures that deliver quality.
Product assurance is maintained through quality control of branded materials, the use of approved suppliers and the development of a skilled workforce. As part of this initiative, ARH is currently undergoing assessment for the ISO 9001 Quality Management standard.
